DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

When an item is posted out to you, Cheshire Music is legally obliged to offer a full refund (less postage costs) if you change your mind after receiving the goods or if you are not completely satisfied with the item in question. Simply return the unused instrument within 14-days of receipt in the same condition that it was sent out for a full refund of payment, less the cost of postage paid. If the item is faulty or not as described, please contact Cheshire Music who will aim to rectify the issue straight away.
